Samsung Smart TV (Tizen) Setup Guide

Follow these simple steps to get Neo4K running on your Samsung TV.

ℹ️ Note on App Licensing

Some Samsung IPTV apps (like SET IPTV, IBO Player, IBO Player Pro) require a one-time activation on the app's website using your TV's MAC/Device Key/App ID. Neo4K does not provide or resell these licenses. If you prefer a free app, use IPTV Smarters (availability varies by region).

What You'll Need

  • ✅ Samsung Smart TV (Tizen OS), connected to the internet
  • ✅ Your Neo4K credentials (Xtream Codes / M3U URL) from your welcome email
  • ✅ Choose one app path:
    • Paid: SET IPTV, IBO Player, or IBO Player Pro (requires activation)
    • Free: IPTV Smarters (if available in your region)
  • 📱 (Optional) A phone/PC for web activation (for paid apps)

A SET IPTV (Paid, lifetime license)

Install from Samsung Apps, open the app to see MAC/App ID, then activate on the app's website, add your playlist, and refresh.

A1 — Install

Apps → Search "SET IPTV" → Install.

A2 — Open & note codes

Open the app → note displayed MAC/App ID.

A3 — Activate on the app's website

On your phone/PC, go to the activation portal shown in the app → enter MAC/App ID → add your Neo4K playlist (Xtream/M3U).

Licensing note: SET IPTV requires a one-time activation fee. Neo4K does not cover this.

A4 — Reload the app & watch

Return to TV app → refresh/restart → content loads.

B IBO Player / IBO Player Pro (Paid)

Install IBO Player or IBO Player Pro, grab MAC + Device Key, activate on IBO's site, add playlist, then reload app.

B1 — Install

Apps → Search "IBO Player" or "IBO Player Pro" → Install.

B2 — Open & capture details

Launch → note MAC and Device Key (take a photo).

B3 — Activate via the app's website

On a browser, open the activation portal shown in the app → enter MAC & Device Key → add Xtream/M3U from your Neo4K welcome email.

Licensing note: IBO typically offers a trial then a one-time activation fee. Neo4K does not cover this.

B4 — Reload & watch

Return to TV → reopen/refresh the app.

C IPTV Smarters (Free, region-dependent)

Direct setup without activation fees, but availability varies by Samsung region.

C1 — Install

Apps → Search "IPTV Smarters Player" → Install.
(If not available in your region, choose Path A or B.)

C2 — Log in

Open app → Login with Xtream Codes API (recommended) or Add M3U URL.

C3 — Enter details

Name: "Neo4K" → Username/Password → Portal/Server URL → Add User → let channels load.
