What is IPTV and how does it work?

IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. It's a service that delivers television programming and other video content using the TCP/IP protocol suite, as opposed to broadcast, cable, or satellite signals. With Neo4K, you receive streams through the internet to your compatible device, allowing you to watch live TV and on-demand content from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

What do I need to use your service?

You need two things: 1) A compatible device (like a Smart TV, Amazon Firestick, Android Box, etc.) and 2) A stable internet connection. We recommend a speed of at least 25 Mbps for the best experience.

Do you host or store content?

Neo4K is a technology service provider. We do not host or store video files. Access and use must comply with local laws and the terms/policies of your device and apps.

What channels and VOD are included?

Our service includes over 40,000 live TV channels from around the world and a library of over 150,000 Video-on-Demand titles (movies and TV series). This includes sports, news, entertainment, kids' programming, and much more. The VOD library is updated regularly with new releases.

Can I use the service on multiple devices?

Our standard subscription is for one device at a time. Using a single subscription on multiple devices simultaneously can lead to buffering or account suspension. If you need to watch on more than one device at the same time, please contact us for a custom multi-room plan.

Which devices are supported?

Smart TVs (Samsung/LG/Sony via compatible apps), Amazon Fire TV/Firestick, Android TV & boxes, Apple TV, iOS/Android mobiles, Windows/macOS, MAG/Portal, and Enigma2. See Supported Devices for app-specific steps.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods for your convenience. After you submit your order via WhatsApp, our team will provide you with the available options. We prioritize secure and discreet payment solutions.

Is this a recurring subscription?

No, all our plans are one-time payments for the duration you select. We do not store your payment details or automatically charge you. We will send you a reminder when your subscription is about to expire, and you can choose to renew it manually.

Technical Support

I'm experiencing buffering. What can I do?

Buffering can be caused by several factors. First, check your internet speed and restart your router and device. Second, try connecting your device via an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi for a more stable connection. Finally, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) might be throttling your connection; using a VPN can often solve this. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

Can I use a VPN with your service?

Yes, our service is VPN-friendly. If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is throttling your connection or blocking IPTV services, using a reputable VPN can often solve buffering issues and improve your privacy. We recommend premium VPN providers for the best performance.

What internet speed do I need?

For smooth HD/FHD, we recommend ≥25 Mbps stable; for 4K, ≥50 Mbps. Wired/Ethernet is best; strong Wi-Fi 5/6 also works.
