MAC Address is Required!
This method requires you to provide us with your device's unique MAC address so we can activate it. You cannot log in without this step.
What You'll Need:
- Your MAG, Formuler, or other STB device.
- The Portal URL provided in your Neo4K welcome email.
Step 1: Find Your MAC Address
Turn on your device. The MAC address is a unique identifier for your box. It is usually printed on a sticker on the bottom of the device. It should be in the format 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. You can also find it in the 'System Settings' or 'Device Info' menu.
Step 2: Provide Your MAC Address to Us
When you place your order, please enter this MAC address into the 'Notes' field. If you have already placed an order, please contact our support team and provide them with your MAC address and order number. We must activate your MAC address on our server before you can proceed.
Step 3: Navigate to Portal Settings
Once we confirm your MAC is active, go to the settings menu on your device. This is usually accessed by pressing a 'Setup' or 'Settings' button on your remote. Navigate to System Settings > Servers > Portals.
Step 4: Enter the Portal URL
In the 'Portal 1 URL' field, carefully type the portal address we sent you in your welcome email. It is crucial that this URL is entered exactly as provided. Give the portal a name like 'Neo4K' in the 'Portal 1 Name' field. Press 'OK' or 'Save'.
Step 5: Reboot Your Device
For the new portal settings to load, you must reboot your device. You can usually do this from the settings menu, or by simply unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
Step 6: Start Streaming!
After rebooting, your device will automatically launch the Neo4K portal. You will see the main interface with Live TV, VOD, and Series sections. No username or password is required. Enjoy!
