3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. One subscription = one concurrent stream unless otherwise stated. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected misuse or security risks.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services. Prohibited actions include, without limitation:
- Re-streaming, rebroadcasting, copying, or publicly displaying content.
- Sharing credentials or exceeding permitted concurrent streams.
- Using the service where prohibited by law or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
- Reverse engineering, automated access (bots/scrapers), or disrupting the service.
5. Intellectual Property
All Neo4K trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by Neo4K or its licensors. Third-party names and logos may be the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
6. Third-Party Apps & Links
Certain functionality may rely on third-party apps, devices, or platforms (e.g., messaging, player apps). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Neo4K is not responsible for third-party content or policies.
7. Availability, Maintenance & Changes
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, content, and availability may change, be limited, or discontinued at any time. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local law gives you mandatory consumer protections or forum rights.
